BMW Center of Excellence Winners Announced

Earlier this week BMW North America announced the winners of it’s best BMW dealership awards. The BMW Center of Excellence award is given to elite BMW dealerships who demonstrate excellence in customer satisfaction and performance. Bill Jacobs BMW was one of the 32 dealerships out of the over 350 BMW dealerships in the United States. The Center of Excellence Award recognizes the top-performing BMW dealerships in the United States, and covered a variety of key performances indicators, including sales, customer experience, operations, service, and parts. Our BMW dealership takes great pride in receiving this award and looks forward to serving our customers with superior service in the future.
