I came to Bill Jacobs over a year and a half ago after being sold a vehicle by another Chicago area BMW dealership who falsified the pre-owned vehicle inspection. My first impressions of the dealership were with Bret, one of their former service advisors, who guided me toward a plan to remedy my new-to-me BMW's problems. Bret was always courteous, patient, and insightful. He always took the time to not only explain the solutions but also lift my car and show me where our plan would make a difference. And what a difference this attention to the customers needs made!Fast forward over a year and I was in need of a second car. After picking up my BMW from service, I met Bill. Having no appointment, two cars in mind, and flying by the seat of my pants Bill was happy to help us immediately on the spot. He quickly pulled both vehicles, took us on test drives that taught us about features we didn't even know our own car had, and took the time to get to know us and our needs. Bill's extensive experience with the BMW brand is his core strength it shows in his deep knowledge of nearly every vehicle on the lot - both new and used. When it came time to negotiate, the negotiations barely lasted any time at all. He was able to broker a truly fair and reasonable deal for both us. Both Bret and Bill as well as the entire Bill Jacobs BMW team are examples of why you should be highly selective when choosing which area dealerships to do business with. Not all dealerships are created equal and as businesses independent of the brands they sell, the experience, integrity, honesty, and service can vary quite a bit. Bill Jacobs is a fine example of a dealership at its best from service, to sales, to my favorite group at the checkout counter when I pay for service! Everyone puts a smile on my face, ensures I am comfortable and confident in my relationship with their dealership. Sales department is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional , respectful and timely. I have bought numerous cars from Bill Jacobs BMW of Naperville. Bill Earnest is a true sales professional! Along with great support from sales, the service department is very good. Good communication and accessibility to service appointments and loaner cars if needed. Highly recommend this dealership. If there are any issues....they will be taken care of!
I have dealt with Bill Earnest and Kwaku Bentil for sales. They both have been fantastic and very professional. My service advisors have been Mo Ali, and Deanna DeCarlo when Mo is not around. Again, their professionalism has been great. I will continue purchasing BMW's and have them serviced at Bill Jacobs.
