I went to Bill Jacobs for service for something that was under warranty. The service department told me that I had issues with front axle boot, engine mounts, suspension and shock absorbers, abnormal tire wear, and that I didn't have the latest software upgrade. I went to an independent mechanic that specializes in German cars for everything but the front axle boot which Bill Jacobs repaired. Our Service Advisor Jeff Hulsebus listened intently as we described some day-to-day driving concerns, and he was quick to get us a quote for replacement tires which we had installed. Avoid Bill Jacobs BMW. I was told the vehicle was “clean,” but after delivery I discovered a cracked windshield, hidden bumper damage, and a poorly repainted bumper. When I raised the issue, Jessica claimed the damage happened during transport. However, after reviewing older photos she had taken herself, the damage was already present. The condition of the vehicle was misrepresented, and the response to my concerns was disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
