We’re big fans of the 2016 BMW 7 Series here at Bill Jacobs BMW, so you bet we’re excited about BMW beefing up the 7 Series lineup with the recently announced M760Li xDrive. Making waves at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this month, the luxury sedan features a 6.6-liter engine delivering 610 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, and an eight-speed Steptronic sport transmission.

BMW has brought its best innovations to bear on their new model. Carbon Core technology has allowed the car company to create a rigid, lightweight chassis that allows for superior handling that has more in common with a sports car than a sedan. The M760Li also features the BMW brand’s new gesture control system, which allows drivers to quickly and easily adjust volume, answer or reject phone calls, and even set up customized gestures for the features they use most. The car sports the brand’s new Executive Drive Pro active, two-axle air suspension system which, when paired with the Dynamic Damper Control, provides a comfortable ride with very little vibration.

Inside, the BMW M760Li truly lives up to its “luxury” branding. With Fineline black fine wood interior trim strips, high-quality deep-pile floor mats, an Alcantara anthracite headliner, and exclusive Nappa leather trim covering seat surfaces, side sections, head restraints, and more, the car feels like your own personal oasis the moment you close the door.

On the exterior, 20-inch M light-alloy wheels in matte Cerium Grey metallic create a look that makes the M760Li stand out from its 7 Series brethren. The Cerium Grey finish extends onto the kidney grille frame, door handles, side door trim elements, Air Breathers, and more. An M Sport exhaust and optional Laser Headlights with Selective Beam technology give passersby even more to stare at.

The M760Li won’t hit the U.S. until later next year. In the meantime, head into Bill Jacobs BMW near Aurora, IL and take a look at our selection of pre-owned BMW vehicles.
