Every 6-8 weeks, we invite new customers to join the Service, Sales, and Parts Managers for an opportunity to go over a little more about their new or pre-owned BMW's features and controls, and a lot more about service - warranty, maintenance, roadside assistance, how to make a service appointment, towing, what wax to use, how to get the brake dust off your wheels, and a lot of information that is not in your books. Our previous customers have really enjoyed this and we hope you consider joining us at our next BMW Orientation.

Bill Jacobs BMW Best Seats in the House Sweepstakes (Held all season long)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE NOMINATIONS RECEIVED - PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / RELEASE OF LIABILITY / PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Bill Jacobs BMW Best Seats in the House Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age who reside in the State of Illinois, Wisconsin or Indiana. Officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, owners, employees and agents of Bill Jacobs Naperville, L.L.C., d/b/a Bill Jacobs BMW ("Bill Jacobs") and Chicago Blackhawk Hockey Team, Inc. ("Chicago Blackhawks") (collectively "Sponsors"), the National Hockey League and its Member Teams, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate family and household members are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Present a Chicago Blackhawks used ticket stub, complete an entry form and test-drive a BMW at the Bill Jacobs BMW dealership located at 2495 Aurora Avenue, Naperville, IL 60540. Valid Driver's license, dealer required insurance levels and over 21 are required in order to test drive. Promotion begins on September 23, 2011 and ends on April 17, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries must be received by April 17, 2012. One entry per household per ticket stub. No late entries will be accepted. Entries not selected during each drawing will be discarded and will not be eligible for future drawings.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One winner per month will be selected by random drawing on or around the first day of the following month during the Sweepstakes Period, and winners will be notified via supplied contact information. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of a drawing or declines or is ineligible to accept the prize, a random drawing will re-occur. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release before the prizes are received. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase odds of winning.

4. PRIZE: Each winner will receive two (2) 100-level tickets to one Chicago Blackhawks home game of the Sponsors' choice, except the winner of the May, 2012 drawing will receive two (2) 100-level tickets of the Sponsors' choice to one (1) Chicago Blackhawks home game in the 2012 - 2013 season. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $220.00.

5. CONDITIONS: All prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prizes, unless otherwise stated herein. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize(s) permitted except at the Sponsors' sole option for a prize of comparable or greater value. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this offer or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules or entry forms to their members. A list of prize winners can be obtained by writing to the Chicago Blackhawks, Corporate Marketing, United Center, 1901 W. Madison St., Chicago, IL 60612. All requests for a winners list must be received by July 1, 2012. By entering, entrant agrees to abide and be bound to these Official Rules and hold harmless and indemnify Sponsors, the National Hockey League and its Member Teams, and each of their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, owners, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. In consideration for being awarded a prize, winners hereby agree and consent, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winners' names and/or likenesses in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Sponsors unless prohibited by law. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Sponsors' decisions are final. Seat location and game date of tickets to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual feared to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be found acting in violation of the official rules, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsors to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive; or with the intent to annoy, harass, abuse or threaten any other person or to undermine legitimate operation of the sweepstakes.
